Send an email to track@exapaq.com, with up to 25 Exapass numbers and you will immediately receive the latest status for your parcels.

Exa-Track allows you to consult the Exapaq IT system by email to obtain the latest status of 1, 2, 3 and up to 25 parcels.

By clicking on the parcel number returned by the system, it is possible to access the full trace and POD on the Exapaq website.

The service is free and available 24 hours a day. Save time by tracking up to 25 parcels at the same time.

Complete information: The latest status of each parcel is indicated in summarised form and detailed information on each parcel is available as an attachment.

Practical: You can copy people in on your request so that they have access to the same information as you.

Clear: Each parcel in our response can be clicked on. If the parcel has been delivered, you will have quick access to the Proof of delivery online.

How to use — search by Exapaq no.:

1/ Create an email with the recipient address: track@exapaq.com

2/ Enter who you would like copied into the email

3/ Enter "track" in the subject field

4/ In the message body, enter up to 25 parcel numbers one below the other (e.g.: 2500751234567890)

5/ Send your message
