Exapaq reaches a new milestone with 400 million parcels delivered

On 11 June 2009, Exapaq delivered its four-hundred-millionth parcel. This is a symbolic figure that resulted in a special internal communication campaign designed to bring together everyone who had a part to play in this achievement. Posters were displayed throughout the entire Exapaq network to draw attention to this symbolic goal.

The images and the themes used on these posters were specially selected to promote sustainable development. Every employee played a vital part in helping Exapaq to achieve this result.

As Alexis Ruset, CEO of Exapaq, explains: " Tens of thousands of customers have entrusted their parcels to us. We have delivered these parcels to hundreds of thousands of recipients. Millions of calls have been dealt with by customer services. Our drivers have covered tens of millions of kilometres….. Behind each of these figures lie the men and women who do their utmost every single day to ensure a high-quality service".

Almost 175,000 parcels are handled every day by our network comprised of 6 hubs and 56 depots, and processed by almost 2000 employees.

This means that around 15,000 customers rely on our company. After 15 years in business, we are proud of what we have achieved.
