You can request pick-up of one or several parcels in France for delivery abroad.

Attention! You must ensure that the labelling of the parcel(s) complies with administrative obligations linked to the export.

. Advice from Exapaq

  1. Your request must be sent by fax to your Exacentre by 11 am the day before at the latest and preferably several days in advance if possible.
  2. Before starting a pick-up, ensure that the parcels are ready for pick-up and inform the driver's shipper.
  3. Download the pick-up request form (in Word) and fax it to your Exacentre.
